Your kit ships 3–4 days before your wedding date. A prepaid return label is in every kit — drop it at any UPS location within 72 hours of your event. Round-trip shipping is always included.
Camcorder edits are delivered within 2–3 weeks of us receiving your footage. Super 8 takes 4–6 weeks because real film requires lab processing and hand-scanning. You'll receive your edited highlight film and all organized raw footage in a private cloud folder.
We build redundancy into every kit (extra batteries, extra memory cards). If equipment is damaged in normal use, we've got you. If the kit is lost in transit or by a guest, we'll work with you on replacement cost. We also carry insurance on every rental.
